Currently, we are shipping to the UK and across most of Europe. We would happily ship elsewhere, so please let us know where you are via so we can sort it out. Note that in all cases the purchaser is responsible for any duties levied.

We work incredibly hard to source unique and useful items for your pregnancy and beyond but understand that on occasion we may miss the mark for your specific needs.

If you are genuinely not happy with your box, please let us know within 14 days from receipt of the order via .

You will then be asked to send back the order at your cost, such that we can send you something that hopefully you do like or process a refund provided the items have clearly not been worn or otherwise hampered with. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge but we reserve the right of choosing the method.

The eligibility of your return will be clarified via email. Please note we can exchange unused items of clothing and accessories (including swaddles, changing pads and blankets) for different sizes but we can only refund untouched boxes in whole. Ensure that the items are carefully packaged inside the box and then placed inside the box provided and that all items still have all tags attached.

The return remains your responsibility until we have confirmed receipt of the package. We thus strongly recommend using a tracked delivery option.

 We will process your refund in GBP within 7 days of receipt of the items in acceptable form. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We can only refund via the original method of payment. We cannot compensate for any changes in exchange rate from the time of the original purchase. 

Also, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once you have checked your bank account, credit card company and your bank, please contact us at . A delay in processing time before a refund is posted can be expected but we will make reasonable efforts to help you locate the payment.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you either via email or mail at our discretion.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
